Gran Turismo 6 gameplay. The second race in the International A Rainmasters event at the Le Mans circuit, or Circuit de la Sarthe.
I am driving the SLS AMG again here and intermediate tyres were fitted as in the previous round. I made a lot of restarts before eventually getting this one right.
The high speeds involved here make braking and throttle control quite tricky in these conditions and visibility is once again a major difficulty. Smooth throttle application and cadence braking are the order of the day.
I was lucky in this race - how I missed the McLaren that spun in front of me on the second lap I have no idea as I couldn't even see him until I was passing his front end!
The car was tuned, including this time the addition of a supercharger for that extra speed but most settings were left at default. As usual all assists are off apart from ABS which I did up from 1 to 2.
